St. Basil Bible School and Orientation Center

The origin of the St. Basil Bible School is attributed to the vision and efforts of  H. H. Baselios Marthoma Mathews II. It began with the official decision of the Holy Episcopal Synod on 10th March 2000. The Bible School is instrumental in creating spiritual awakening among the members of the Church. The Bible School offers a one month residential course with a CBS Certificate (Certificate in Biblical Studies). Minimum age limit is 15 years.  Male and female batches are conducted in alternate months. It is an introductory course to the Holy Scripture and faith of the Church. The Bible School can accommodate 50 students in a batch. About 1500 students have completed this course till date.  Diploma in Biblical Studies (DBS), a two year correspondence course is also conducted. Dr. C. T. Eapen Memorial Library is a part of the Bible School providing good collection of spiritual literature for study and research.
